The 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour takes you for Mountain gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable forest park Uganda tour which lasts for 4 to 6 hours. The trip takes you to Queen Elizabeth National park for a Uganda Wildlife Safari and Chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge. On the 10th day, you transfer to Kibale forest national park for Chimpanzee tracking and primate tour in Bigodi wetland. After which your Professional Uganda safari guide takes to Murchison Falls national park on the 11th day. Day 1 of the 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Leave Kampala in the morning. Stopover at the Equator, a famous spot for photography. For the rest of the journey view the long-horned Ankole cattle papyrus acacia woodlands and terraced landscape of Kigezi high lands on your way to Bwindi impenetrable national park. Lunch en-route in Mbarara at the Igongo Cultural Centre and a chance to visit the Ankole cultural museum. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma community. FB
Day 2 of the 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour – Gorilla Tracking
After an early breakfast and briefing from the guide, set off for the gorilla trekking in the Forest Sanctuary, the activity starts at 8.00 am. You need to carry packed lunch, a rain jacket, and jungle boots. The rangers will provide you with walking sticks and your driver will ensure that you have enough drinking water. The time taken to find the gorillas depends on the movements of these marvelous primates. An encounter with an earth-shaking 350-pound silverback or baby gorilla is an unforgettable experience!

Day 3 of the 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour – The tree climbing Lions of Ishasha sector
After breakfast, drive through the Ishasha sector of QENP; go for a game drive in the open Savannah in search of the tree-climbing lions. These rare lions are found only in this part of the park. It’s impressive to look at them while they are resting on top of the fig trees. Lunch en-route. Afternoon, proceed to the Mweya peninsula for another game drive. Dinner and overnight at Bush Lodge. Day 4 of the 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour – The boat cruise on Kazinga Channel
After a cup of coffee, embark on an early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens’s mile tracks in the park and expect to see lions, elephants, Cape buffalo, warthogs, leopard, spotted hyena, mongoose, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, topi and a lot of small animals and birds. Return to the lodge for breakfast and relax at the swimming pool. After lunch aboard, the boat cruise for the best navigation of the Kazinga Channel, a good experience for birding, as you will see many water birds, cormorants, pelicans, eagles, as well as crocodiles, hippos, elephants. Transfer to Kasese for dinner and overnight at Sandton Hotel. FB
Day 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 of the 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour: Rwenzori Hike
After breakfast you will be transferred to Kyanjuki to meet the team of Rwenzori trekking services, that will prepare you for the 5 days Hike. The guide will leave you in the good hands of RTS, only to meet you again on the day you return from the mountain. On the last day of your hike, you will be transferred to Kibale Forest Camp for Dinner and overnight. (Lazy camping)
Day10 of the 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour: Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park
Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park after an early breakfast, for primate viewing. The activity starts at 8.00 am in the morning. A half day search for chimpanzees and other primates including phoestes, Red-colobuses, Blues, Red-tailed and grey-cheeked mangabeys swinging through the dense forest and birds, butterflies and many small insects. The guide will provide detailed explanations on not only primates but also on all the forest’s fauna and flora. After lunch a visit to Bigodi swamp eco-tourism site is amazing, as we shall encounter rare and beautiful flora and fauna. On the way back do not miss the beauty of the Kasenda Crater Lakes, which dominates all the surrounding areas with the possibility of amazing panoramic views. Day 11 of the 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour: Transfer to Murchison falls national park
This morning, you will drive with a packed lunch to Murchison Falls National Park. This scenic drive will take approximately 9 hours. You can view the Ugandan Villages along the route and the views of Lake Albert. Murchison Falls National Park is known for the best wildlife viewing. Before checking in at the Paraa Safari Lodge, you will stop at the top of the falls which is a stunning sight. See the Nile, the longest river in the world plunging into a waterfall. You stay overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge which is a luxurious lodge with stunning views over the Nile. Accommodation is Pakuba safari lodge (Full Board)
Day 12 of the 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour: The boat cruise on the River Nile
Embark on an early morning game drive in the park. Return to the lodge for breakfast. After lunch, you will safari upstream by boat on the calm Victoria Nile to the base of the falls just ten meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron.” There you can marvel at toothsome hippos, crocodiles and over the 17-kilometer stretch, you may also see elephants, waterbucks and Uganda kobs. This is also the habitat of many bird species including goliath herons, Egyptian geese, pelican bee-eaters, kingfishers, Hombills, cormorants, and the rare shoebill stork. Return to your Lodge for dinner and overnight as above.
Day 13 of the 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour: Return to Kampala
Return to Kampala, with a stopover Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for a nature walk to see the rare rhinos in the wild, late proceed to Kampala for dinner and overnight at Grand global hotel. Half Board
Day 14 of the 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour: The Source of the River Nile
Depart Kampala by 7.00 am; drive to Jinja the second largest town in Uganda. Make a stopover at Mabira forest briefly and later continue to Itanda falls for the unforgettable emotion of the white water rafting, which is one of the main attractions in Jinja. We will do half-day rafting, then break off for lunch. After Lunch visits the Source of the Nile on Lake Victoria, the monument of Gandhi. Dinner and overnight at Sunset international (B) Half board
Day 15 of the 15 Days Gorilla Safari Uganda Wildlife Tour: Reserved for departure.
After breakfast prepare to check-out, your guide will drive you back to Entebbe for your international flight.
